Report a bug

The quickest route is Options → Report a bug in the app. You can review the report before sending it.

Please include the game mode, the deal date, what happened and what you expected. An app version, device model and screenshot can help. Please don’t send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.

Purchases and refunds

For a missing cosmetic or an app problem, contact us. For Apple billing or refund requests, use Apple’s purchase support. We will never ask for your Apple Account password.

Privacy

Read the privacy policy or email the support address with a privacy question.

SFS Game Box is in pre-release testing. Purchases are not live in the current build.
